Job landed!!!

haha, my dad was reminding me to carry my hp all the time in case the agency called. The interview guy told me the work should start today(mon) if we are selected. That's why i was sure my job is a gone case since yesterday. i din even bother to bring my hp along when i went for swimming yesterday. and the agency called me just now to start work tomorrow! Oh my god.....I 'm really overjoyed.. is the Power 1(the company's name) guy playing with psychology here? he has been stressing the importance of the attitude of the workers, maybe he is afraid we will take the job for granted.......whatever lah.... i have landed a 2 mths 6 bucks per hr job and that's most important. actually money is not all lah, the job sounds good for my resume and experience as it requires some technical skill to do assembly job of power supply circuit tower. it also paves way for me to get job next yr during my sch holiday. but the downside of the job is tt now it's unlikely for me to join the NUS orientation camp as it takes one whole week. the Power 1 guy was saying they often need their man to do OT to finish the order on time. The guy actually asked us if we have any other commitment but i din tell him abt it as i really want to get the job. anyway, hope they don't need to rush order during the orientation camp..

Oh, yes, i met this guy at the BT forum. he is from HK and 4 yrs younger than me. he is studying at J1 now so he is 2 yrs older than his classmates, like me! it's nice to know someone who has gone through similar experience as myself. i'm looking forward to find out more from him...
